This Generic Compatible SFP56 transceiver provides 50GBase-BX throughput of up to 10km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a wavelength of 1270nm-TX/1330nm-RX via an LC simplex connector. This bidirectional unit must be used with another transceiver or network appliance of complementary wavelengths. It is suitable for 5G wireless network front-haul applications and can work in harsh industrial environments, including outdoor applications. It is fully compliant with the SFP56 MSA, SFF-8432, and SFF-8472 standards.
